“Spend Time And Money On Yourself, And You Will Be Amazed By The Results!”

Turn on your Youtube or Facebook feed, and you’ll find some real estate guru who can show you how to buy real estate with no money down.

Now, you may wonder if this is true…

And the answer is yes! It is actually pretty easy, but the process requires a lot of work, time, and devotion!

Unfortunately, that’s something that most people are not willing to do!

It all starts in education, and lots of it. Throughout my real estate investment journey, I must have spent over $250,000 on education. You have to see the merit in investing in yourself, than you do in anything else. When people hear this, they think that I am talking about higher education like college, and that’s not what I mean.

I know so many successful real estate investors who don’t have college degrees. Don’t worry about that kind of education. The education that I am talking about is the kind of stuff that will teach you how to invest in real estate, and make you financially independent,

This kind of education can be free or it can be very expensive. From my practical experience, I have tried both and I have learned a lot through the experience. I have tried to go out there on my own, and learn it through trial and error. Also, I have paid for the education and I learned from those who have gone out there in the real world, and have been successful.

Which path would you rather take?

Trust me.... Making mistakes in real estate can be devastating.

Education can be free or very inexpensive…

Do you have access to a computer with the internet?

Do you have a library card?

If not, why? Ask yourself… ”Am I willing to do what others are not?”

You have a wealth of knowledge at your fingertips, for free! Do you take advantage of it?

There is no “Magic Pill” or fancy machine that will do it for you!!! (But beware as there are many people out there who will try to sell you one)

I remember years ago, I was given an opportunity to invest in my education. It was a real estate course that required me to attend all day Saturday and Sunday, and it would cost me about $600 dollars.

It was a very difficult decision as I had to work weekends at my job, and I did not have the $600 dollars in those days. I thought about this decision long and hard, and I decided that I was sick and tired of being broke, struggling, feeling sorry for myself. I needed to take back control of my life, and do what was best for me!

I committed to myself that if I was to invest the money, and devote my time to take this course, I would do whatever it takes to succeed.

With that… I made my good friends at Visa pay for the course for me, and I called in sick to work…so that cost me even more money! (That’s ok...don’t worry about me...All the time and money that I had invested that weekend has been paid back by my real estate investments...and then some!!!)

At the time, it was a hard choice for me to make, but life is about choices. This choice was a pivotal point in my life. I was devoted. I was willing to do whatever it took to succeed...

In the course, I learnt many valuable things, but the one that stood out the most for me was this…

Only two letters, which were J.V.

Joint Venture partners was the answer to my problem. I discovered that if I could position myself as the real estate expert, and put in the time then I could

attract, and partner with people that have money and credit, but no time, knowledge or desire to deal with the daily tasks of real estate investing.

This one life defining moment….This one choice to invest in myself has paid off huge!

From that point on, I have continued to invest in my self education and hired many coaches that specialized in several areas of life and business.

I have since gone on to acquire multiple millions of dollars worth of cash flow real estate without using my money or my credit, and more importantly it has allowed me to help others attain financial freedom as well!

So what’s my rate of return?

None of my personal money invested...

All courses and coaching was paid by Visa and paid back by rental income. (and was tax deductible)

Return --->> Infinite!

Would you like residual cash flow, freedom, and the power and ability to fund YOUR desired lifestyle?

The best investment you can make is in yourself!!!

Now...the question is “Are you willing to do what others will not?”
